Terms & Conditions

1. Print Variations

Sublimation printing may result in slight variations in colour, brightness and sharpness compared to digital previews. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

2. Material Differences

The final print outcome depends on the material used. Textures, coatings and fabric composition may affect colour accuracy and clarity. The customer accepts these natural variations.

3. Placement Tolerance

Minor shifts in print placement (typically within 2-5 mm) may occur during the heat-press process. Such torlerances are considered acceptable.

4. Heat-Related Effects

Due to the hight temperatures used in sublimation, slight fading, uneven transfer or minor press marks may occur on certain surfaces or fabrics.

5. Customer Supplied Items

If customers provide their own items for printing, they do so at their own risk. The business is not responsible for damage or unsatisfactory print results on customer supplied materials.

6. Reprints & Refunds

Reprints or refunds will only be issued for clear manufacturing defects and not for issues related to inherent material limitations, artwork quality or standard tolerances.

7. Approval of Designs

Customers must review and approve all proofs before printing. Once approved, the design cannot be altered, and the customer assumes responsibility for the final outcome.
